The most important thing you can do right now is to stop incurring new unsecured debt.
If you're joining us at the beginning of a conference cycle — that is, in January or July of any year — the second most important thing you can do is to find a Step guide, surrender to the Step-taking process, and start doing your DA and BDA recovery.

Once you have a Step guide, you'll want to download the conference materials and get going on your Step work. Be sure to follow your Step guide's guidance. They've already done the Steps in the way that we offer.
You'll want to listen to past recordings for inspiration and for information on how others made progress during our six-month conference.

If you want to stop debting, have a new spiritual awakening, begin to do business or your job as a spiritual activity, and become the person you were meant to be, you're in the right place.

But you're going to have to make some recovery-oriented choices: possibly the most important of these choices will be to accept good orderly direction from your Step guide and to focus on your actions rather than your feelings.

If your actions change, your feelings will too; not the other way around, in our experience.
